In this post, we take a look at a recent project in which we carried out some chimney repairs on a beautiful listed building in a conservation area in Cambridgeshire.

The chimneys had suffered from weathering and decay, and needed some urgent attention to prevent further damage and ensure safety. We are proud to share one of our recent projects where we carried out some repointing and repairs to a chimney in Northamptonshire. The chimney had suffered from weathering and erosion over the years, and needed some attention to restore its appearance and functionality.

We used a scaffold tower to access the chimney safely and efficiently. We removed the loose and damaged mortar from the joints, and cleaned the bricks with a wire brush. We then applied new mortar to the joints, using a colour-matched mix to blend in with the existing brickwork.

The result is a chimney that looks as good as new, and is ready to withstand the elements for many years to come. Our client was very happy with our work, and we enjoyed working on this project.
