We have recently completed the safe removal of a chimney and breast in a property in Northamptonshire. We were asked to remove an unsupported and unsafe chimney as its condition posed a serious risk to the property. The owners sought out our expertise and knowledge to safely remove the hazardous structure and restore the integrity of their home.
Our experienced team approached the task with caution and carefully began dismantling the chimney which we could clearly see was leaning to one side on the roof. We then began the same process to the breast inside the house ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding areas.
The successful removal of the chimney and breast has significantly improved the safety and stability of the property. The property owners can now rest easy, knowing that their home is secure and free from the risk posed by the previously unstable structure.
